At the end of the day, your business needs to be financially rewarding. I expect owners to take responsibility for their numbers - I don’t accept “ask my accountant”. You have the ability to be great with the numbers it just may take some time and further education that we can work together on. As a Chartered Accountant I’ll help explain the numbers in a way that makes sense to you.

My personalised coaching starts with a 90-day package designed to create momentum and set a strong foundation. It kicks off with a deep-dive business planning session, where we clarify your vision and goals. Over the next three months, I’ll work closely with you to optimise your time, build a high-performing team, and focus on driving profits that align with your hard work. Together, we’ll set you on the path to running a business that works for you—not the other way around. I will only ever take on 30 clients at any one time to ensure I can give the required attention to each client to ensure their success.
